LEED exam so he could take his construction business to new levels. Now by all standards he was already a successful professional. This would be justified by the fact that he is already booked 14 months in advance. That's right. If you want him to build you something to live in, you'd better have your rent paid for the next year and a half or more! His challenge, however came in the way he proceeded to prepare for the examination. He's a smart guy, so he just figured on getting the
Dummy's Guide to LEED certification and he would be good to go. Well unfortunately for him, things did not work out quite so well. After taking the examination for the 3rd time, he asked if I would help him. Trust me when I tell you this probably took everything for him to ask me how he might successfully take and pass the certification exam. So I went to work to learn all I could about this process. I even borrowed his Dummy's book. In the end I discovered that THE place he needed to be was the
Everblue Energy Institute. There was a campus close to us, and he'd be virtually assured of passing after completing their courses.
